Diego Olaya

Diego Olaya obtained his PhD in 2021 at the MOBI research group. He acquired a MSc in Management Science at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) after completing a Bachelor in Economics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. His PhD research, supervised by Prof. dr. Wouter Verbeke, was in the field of data mining and predictive analytics, with the main focus on providing data-driven solutions to HR business cases.
