Marie-Anne Guerry
Biography
Marie-Anne Guerry, is full professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. She obtained her PhD in Sciences in 1992. Currently, she is teaching mathematics at the Faculty of Social Sciences & Solvay Business School. Her research activities are situated in the domain of Manpower Planning. This research covers on the one hand Markov models and their applications in quantitative Human Resources Management, and on the other hand HR-analytics and empirical research on career progress.
